en بررسی انتقادی «راهنماهای شش‌گانه اخلاق در پژوهش ايران» زمینه و هدف: «راهنماهاي شش‌گانة اخلاق در پژوهش»، شامل دستورالعمل‌هایي اخلاقي در «پژوهش‌هاي ژنتيک»، «پژوهش بر گروه‌هاي خاص»، «پژوهش بر حيوانات»، «پژوهش بر گامت و جنين»، «پژوهش‌هاي پيوند عضو و بافت» و «کارآزمايي‌هايي باليني» است. اين راهنماها به وسيله شوراي سياست‌گذاري وزارت بهداشت، درمان و‌ آموزش پزشكي و مركز تحقيقات اخلاق و تاريخ پزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران در سال 1385 تدوين شده و هدف از تهية آنها، ارائة راهکارهای اخلاقي در شش حوزة پژوهشي نوپا در علوم پزشکي و زیستی است که برانگيزندة مسائل گوناگون اخلاقي و حقوقي هستند. با اين حال، به نظر مي‌رسد نقاط ضعف، ابهام و کاستي‌هايي در تأليف و تدوين آنها راه يافته است. این مقاله به بررسی انتقادی راهنماهای شش‌گانه می‌پردازد. نتیجه‌گیری: یک راهنمای اخلاقیِ مطلوب، نظریه‌ای کلی، موجه و منسجم را در فلسفة اخلاق در برمی‌گیرد و با استفاده از آن، به صورت شفاف، صریح و دقیق، راهکارهایی را دربارة همة مسائل مربوط به موضوع‌، نه مسائل نامرتبط، ارائه می‌دهد. مجموعة «راهنماهای شش‌گانة اخلاق در پژوهش» نظریه‌ای کلی، موجه و منسجم را دربارة اخلاق نمایان نمی‌کند و فاقد شفافیت، جامعیت و دقت مناسب است. همچنین، برخی دستورالعمل‌های این مجموعه، خارج از گسترة اخلاق و در واقع، حقوقی یا فنی است. Introduction: The “Six Ethical Codes for Research” in Iran includes ethical guidelines for “Genetic researches”, “Research on vulnerable groups”, “Research on animals”, “Research on gametes and embryos”, “Organ and tissue transplantation research” and “Clinical trials”. The policy-making council of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education and Tehran University of Medical Sciences’ Medical Ethics and History of Medicine Research Center prepared the codes in 2006. The purpose of these codes is to lay down moral guidelines for conducting research in the new aforementioned medical and biotechnological fields that have given rise to ethical and legal controversies. However, certain ambiguities and deficiencies seem to exist in these codes. This paper is a critical study of the “Six Ethical Codes for Research”. Conclusion: A desirable ethical code is supposed to embody a general, consistent and justifiable moral theory in accordance with which precise and clear guidelines are set out for relevant problems. The “Six Codes” does not represent such a theory and, hence, lacks clarity, compre-hensiveness and precision.
